Got a metric port on a hydraulic manifold that's M18 x 1.5 and need to tie into a BSPP line, this fitting do that job?

Yeah, that's exactly what this one's built for. One end is M18 x 1.5 male metric, the other is G 3/4-14 male BSPP, so you'd be connecting those two thread types in a straight shot. Both sides are male, so make sure your ports are female on both ends.
