Male Jic X Male Bspp

Description & Features

Designed for straight-through connections between JIC and BSPP hydraulic lines, this steel fitting bridges a 1/2" Male JIC thread (3/4-16 UNF) on one end to a 1/4" Male BSPP thread (G 1/4-19) on the other. The Male JIC X Male BSPP adapter from Adaptall is a compact, straight configuration measuring 36.4mm in length with a 22mm wrench width, making it well-suited for installations where space and alignment matter.

Constructed from steel, this fitting is appropriate for use in hydraulic circuits and industrial fluid systems requiring a reliable transition between JIC and BSPP connection standards. Its straight geometry simplifies routing where no angular offset is needed.

Got a hydraulic line running JIC fittings on one end and need to tie into a BSPP port on a piece of equipment. This a straight shot adapter or does it have some kind of angle to it?
Answer by: Customer Support on May 3, 2025, 8:47 AM
Straight through, no offset. One end is 1/2" Male JIC with a 3/4-16 UNF thread, and the other is 1/4" Male BSPP running G 1/4-19. The whole thing measures 36.4mm long, so it keeps your hydraulic connections tight and in-line without adding any awkward bends to your routing.

Just wanna make sure, this here adapter, it'll go from a JIC hose to a BSPP fitting, right?
Answer by: Customer Support on Feb 15, 2026, 7:26 PM
That's exactly what it does. It bridges that connection between a JIC hydraulic line and a BSPP fitting.
Question by: Cindy F on Mar 20, 2026, 11:39 AM
got a hose end that’s 3/4-16 UNF JIC male, will this adapter get me over to a G 1/4-19 BSPP port?
Answer by: Customer Support on Mar 22, 2026, 6:06 AM
Function-wise it is a straight-through adapter that goes from a 1/2 inch Male JIC (3/4-16 UNF) on one side to a 1/4 inch Male BSPP (G 1/4-19) on the other, so it matches the thread callouts you listed.
