Question by: Jerry F on Dec 30, 2025, 3:32 PM
got a machine running BSPP ports on one end and JIC fittings on the other side of the line, does this adapter go male to male on both ends, or is one of them a female connection?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jan 1, 2026, 11:43 AM
Both ends are male on this one. One side is a 7/8-14 UNF male JIC thread, which is a 5/8" JIC connection, and the other is a G 1/2-14 BSPP male thread for the half-inch BSPP port. So if your system has a female JIC swivel and a female BSPP port, this fits right in between them without any additional hardware.

What size wrench do I need for this fitting? I'm always losing mine.

The wrench size, or CH width, needed for this Adaptall fitting is 27mm.
