Question by: Hank C on Jan 16, 2026, 7:13 AM
got a system running BSPP on one end and SAE O-ring boss ports on the other, this the kind of fitting that bridges them two together?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jan 17, 2026, 7:33 PM
That's what this one does. One end is a 1-5/8-12 UN SAE O-ring boss male, the other is a G 1-1/4-11 BSPP male. Both sides are 1-1/4 inch, so you're getting a straight-through adapter that connects those two thread standards without needing extra pieces in between. It's made from steel and runs 49.8mm long with a 50mm wrench width, so it's a compact, solid unit.

got a fitting with 1-5/8 - 12 UN on one side and G 1-1/4 - 11 on the other, is that what this adapter is?

Match the ends and it lines up. One side is a 1-5/8 - 12 UN ORB SAE male, and the other side is a G 1-1/4 - 11 BSPP male. Both ends are listed as 1-1/4 inch size.

Will this fitting hold up okay in a hydraulic setup, or is it more for low-pressure stuff?
Answer by: Customer Support on Oct 15, 2025, 3:58 PM
This connector is crafted from high-grade steel, which should provide the durability needed for demanding hydraulic applications.
