Male Bspp X Male Npt Nipple

Description & Features

Designed for connecting BSPP-threaded and NPT-threaded components in hydraulic and industrial fluid systems, this straight steel nipple bridges two of the most common thread standards used across global equipment. The G 3/4 male BSPP end (3/4") mates with British Standard Parallel Pipe fittings, while the opposite male NPT end (1"), threaded at 1–11.5 NPTF, provides a secure connection to North American tapered pipe thread ports.

The Male BSPP X Male NPT Nipple is manufactured by Adaptall in steel and measures 49.3mm in length with a 32mm CH width, making it a compact, straight-through adapter suited for tight installations. The straight configuration keeps routing simple where a direct thread conversion is needed between mixed-standard equipment or hydraulic assemblies.

Question by: Dwight R on Apr 13, 2025, 9:22 PM
Got a machine running BSPP ports on one end and NPT on the other, will this nipple actually bridge that gap straight through without needing extra adapters?
Answer by: Customer Support on Apr 15, 2025, 2:07 PM
That's the job this fitting handles. One end is G 3/4 male BSPP at 3/4 inch, and the other is male NPT at 1 inch with an 11.5 thread pitch. It threads directly into both thread standards so you get a clean inline conversion without stacking additional adapters in between. The straight configuration keeps things compact, and at just under 50mm long it fits well in tight spots where you don't have a lot of room to work with.

got a port that’s G 3/4 BSPP on one side and 1 inch NPT on the other. is this the straight nipple for that?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jul 14, 2025, 6:36 AM
For converting between those two thread standards, this nipple matches a G 3/4 - 14 male BSPP end on one side and a 1 - 11.5 NPTF male end on the other, in a straight steel body.
