Product Questions & Answers (2)

Question by: Kirk S on May 30, 2025, 6:25 AM
Got a piece of equipment running BSPP fittings on one end and NPT on the other, does this nipple actually bridge both those thread standards in a single piece?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jun 1, 2025, 6:53 AM
That's what it's built for. One side cuts to G 1-1/4 - 11 BSPP and the other runs 1-1/4 - 11.5 NPTF, so you're connecting those two thread systems without needing any intermediate adapters. Both sides are male and both are 1-1/4 inch, so the flow path stays consistent straight through. Steel construction holds up well under the kind of pressure and stress you'd expect in hydraulic line work.
Question by: Rex R on Apr 24, 2025, 7:12 PM
Will this fitting hold up okay in a hydraulic system that sees pretty regular pressure spikes?
Answer by: Customer Support on Apr 26, 2025, 11:36 AM
Constructed from durable steel and engineered by Adaptall, this nipple is designed to offer strength and resilience under demanding conditions. Its robust build should provide reliable performance even with regular pressure fluctuations.
