Designed for connecting G 1-1/2 - 11 BSPP male threads to 1 - 11.5 NPTF male threads, this steel straight nipple bridges two common thread standards in hydraulic and industrial fluid systems. The larger BSPP side measures 1-1/2" and the NPT side 1", making it a cross-standard reducer nipple suited for installations where metric and imperial threaded components meet.
Manufactured by Adaptall, the fitting is constructed from steel and measures 60.2mm in length with a 55mm ch width across flats. The straight body profile keeps the connection compact and in-line. This Male Bspp X Male Npt Nipple is a practical adapter choice where BSPP-ported equipment must interface with NPT-threaded lines or manifolds.

Will this fitting work to connect a BSPP line to an NPT one? I got a machine with one type and the supply lines are the other.

This Adaptall nipple is indeed made for connecting a BSPP male thread to an NPTF male thread, so it should do the trick for what you're describing. Just make sure the sizes are right – this one goes from a 1-1/2" BSPP to a 1" NPT.

Got a piece of equipment with a G 1-1/2 BSPP port and I need to tie it into a 1-inch NPT line, this the right fitting for that?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jun 25, 2025, 6:27 AM
That's what this nipple is built for. One end is G 1-1/2 - 11 BSPP male and the other is 1 - 11.5 NPTF male, so it bridges those two thread standards in a straight, in-line connection. Worth noting it's also a size reducer since the BSPP side is 1-1/2 inch and the NPT side steps down to 1 inch, so make sure your line sizing works with that before you button everything up.

got a port that’s G 1-1/2 - 11 BSPP and my line is 1 inch NPTF, is this the right nipple to tie those together
Answer by: Customer Support on Jul 26, 2025, 7:02 PM
For that exact mix of threads, it’s a match. One end is a G 1-1/2 - 11 BSPP male and the other end is a 1 - 11.5 NPTF male, so it’s meant to bridge BSPP-ported equipment over to an NPT-threaded line or manifold in a straight, in-line connection.
