Question by: Melvin P on Mar 29, 2026, 4:58 PM
got a line that’s G 1/2 BSPP already, will this tee fit in there and still give me a spot for a gauge?
Answer by: Customer Support on Mar 31, 2026, 4:01 PM
For a G 1/2 - 14 BSPP run, it matches up with a G 1/2 - 14 male on one side and a G 1/2 - 14 female on the other. The third port is a G 1/8 - 28 female BSPP, which is the one you would use for a pressure measurement tool or other diagnostic hookup.
Question by: Lyle B on Mar 19, 2026, 6:28 AM
What size is that little port on the side there?
Answer by: Customer Support on Mar 20, 2026, 8:44 AM
That side port has a G 1/8 - 28 female connection, so it'll fit an 1/8" BSPP thread.
Question by: Lee C on Dec 20, 2025, 2:56 PM
Got a 1/2" BSPP line I need to tap into for pressure testing without breaking the whole assembly apart. This fitting work for that kind of setup?
Answer by: Customer Support on Dec 22, 2025, 10:14 AM
That's exactly the kind of job this tee is built for. The main run carries G 1/2-14 BSPP on both ends, male on one side and female on the other, so it drops right into an existing 1/2" BSPP line without rerouting anything. The third port is a G 1/8-28 female BSPP connection, sized for standard pressure gauges and diagnostic instruments. Steel construction keeps it solid under the conditions you'd typically run into in an industrial hydraulic setup.
