Ensure optimal air line filtration with the Delta 901X Series Air Line Filter, designed for effective removal of bulk liquid and solid contaminants. This model features 1/2 inch ports and offers a 90 SCFM flow rating, making it ideal for use downstream from compressors and aftercoolers. The filter's internal auto float drain efficiently handles water and debris, preventing damage to pneumatic components.
Constructed from A380.0 cast aluminum with an anodized finish, the Delta 901X Series filter is engineered to withstand pressures up to 250 psi and operate at temperatures up to 200 °F. Its internal separator employs centrifugal action to remove large quantities of contamination, safeguarding coalescing elements and extending equipment life. Mounting brackets are included for convenient installation.

Product Questions & Answers (2)
Question by: Roy R on Oct 28, 2025, 8:00 PM
runs pretty hot in our compressor room during summer months, will this filter hold up around 180 or so degrees?
Answer by: Customer Support on Oct 30, 2025, 3:07 PM
Up to 200°F is the rated maximum operating temperature for the filter body itself. Worth knowing though, the internal auto float drain on this unit tops out at 150°F, so if your compressor room is consistently pushing toward that upper range, keep an eye on drain performance. The aluminum housing and fluorocarbon seals are built to handle heat reasonably well within those limits.
Question by: Tammy C on Oct 20, 2025, 2:47 PM
What’s the highest temperature this filter can handle before it quits working right?
Answer by: Customer Support on Oct 21, 2025, 2:55 PM
Operating temperature shouldn't exceed 200 degrees Fahrenheit if you want it to work as expected.
