This Adaptall fitting connects male JIC to female JIC, so it should work for connecting compatible hoses. Just make sure the 3/8" size and 9/16 - 18 UNF callout match your hoses.

Same size all the way through. Both ends are 3/8" with a 9/16-18 UNF thread on each side, so there's no reduction or transition involved. The swivel function is what makes it useful here, the female end can rotate independently, which takes the twist out of a hose or line without having to reposition the whole assembly.
