Manufactured from steel in a straight configuration, this Male Jic-Female Metric Swivel provides a reliable transition between a 3/4-16 UNF male JIC thread (1/2" size) on one end and an M18 x 1.5 female Din Tube swivel on the other. The swivel design on the metric side allows for rotational adjustment during installation, reducing stress on connected lines and simplifying alignment in tight assemblies.

Supplied by Adaptall, the fitting measures 44mm in overall length with a 20mm wrench flat on the JIC side and a 24mm wrench flat on the metric side. It is well suited for hydraulic circuits where JIC-threaded components must interface with metric Din Tube fittings, a common requirement in mixed-standard mobile and industrial hydraulic systems.

trying to hook a 3/4-16 JIC male line up to a metric DIN tube port, is this the right adapter?

For a mixed-thread hookup like that, this fitting bridges a 3/4-16 UNF male JIC end (1/2 inch size) to an M18 x 1.5 female DIN tube swivel end (L12). It is a straight steel adapter meant for exactly that JIC to metric DIN tube transition.
