both sides are 1-1/4 JIC female swivel, right? just want to make sure before i order a couple of these for a line repair

Correct on both counts. Each end is a 1-1/4 inch JIC female swivel connection, threaded at 1-5/8-12 UN. The swivel feature on both sides lets you rotate each end independently during installation, which makes it a lot easier to get a clean makeup without twisting the hose or line.
