Got a BSPP port on one piece of equipment and a JIC fitting on another, this the right adapter to bridge those two?

That's what this one's built for. Side 1 is a G 1-11 female BSPP at 1 inch, and Side 2 is a 1-5/16-12 UN female JIC, also 1 inch. The swivel feature on the JIC end helps with alignment during hookup, so you're not fighting the connection to get everything to seat right. Steel construction throughout, straight profile, 59mm long. Should drop right into that application without any fuss.
