Got a manifold block with an M24 x 1.5 female port that needs capping off, this plug gonna fit that?

That's what this plug is made for. The male M24 x 1.5 thread will mate directly with a matching female metric port, so as long as your block is threaded to that spec, you're in good shape. It'll seat and seal when torqued down properly.
