This straight Adaptall fitting adapts between male NPT and fixed female BSPP connections.

This steel fitting features a 3/8" male NPT end with a 3/8" NPTF callout, along with a 3/8" fixed female BSPP end with a G 3/8 - 19 callout. It has a wrench flat of 22mm and an overall length of 36mm.

got a hose end that’s G 3/8-19 female, will this adapter let me hook it to a 3/8 NPT port?

For tying those two thread styles together, it’s set up exactly that way. One side is a 3/8 inch male NPTF thread (3/8-18 NPTF callout) and the other side is a fixed 3/8 inch female BSPP thread (G 3/8-19 callout).
