What size ports is this bushing going between exactly? Got a 3/8 male BSPP fitting I need to run into a 1/2 female BSPP port and just want to make sure I got the right part.

That's exactly what this one does. The male end is G 3/8-19 BSPP and the female end accepts G 1/2-14 BSPP, so you're stepping up from the smaller 3/8 male connection into the larger 1/2 female port. Steel construction throughout, so it'll hold up to the mechanical loads you'd see in a standard hydraulic line or manifold setup.
