Extended Mbspp-Fbspp Bushing

Description & Features

Constructed from steel in a straight configuration, this Extended Mbspp-Fbspp Bushing connects a 3/4" male BSPP thread (G 3/4 - 14) on one end to a 1/2" female BSPP thread (G 1/2 - 14) on the other, making it suited for reducing or adapting between two different BSPP line sizes within hydraulic circuits. The extended body, 51mm in length with a 32mm hex width, provides additional engagement depth compared to standard-length bushings, which can be useful where fitting clearance or assembly access is a consideration.

Manufactured by Adaptall, this bushing is designed for use in hydraulic and fluid power systems where both connection ends share the BSPP thread standard. The steel construction supports use in demanding industrial environments.

got a G 3/4 - 14 male port and need to step down to G 1/2 - 14 on the hose side. is this the right bushing for that
Answer by: Customer Support on Mar 12, 2026, 8:20 PM
For reducing between BSPP sizes, it goes from a G 3/4 - 14 male BSPP on one end to a G 1/2 - 14 female BSPP on the other, in a straight steel bushing.

Got a 3/4 male BSPP port on a valve body and need to tie into a 1/2 female BSPP line, this bushing do that job?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jun 4, 2025, 2:09 PM
That's what this one's for. The 9039-12-08 has a 3/4" male BSPP thread on one end and a 1/2" female BSPP on the other, so it steps down between those two sizes in a straight shot. Both ends run the BSPP standard, so as long as your ports match up on both sides, you're good to go.

Will this fitting work to connect a 3/4" male end to a 1/2" female end, both BSPP? Just want to make sure before I order.

Yes, this extended bushing is designed specifically to connect a 3/4" male BSPP thread to a 1/2" female BSPP thread.
