Question by: Floyd W on Jun 16, 2025, 4:25 PM
What exactly is this bushing doing in a hydraulic line, and why would I need the extended length instead of a standard one?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jun 18, 2025, 6:48 AM
When you need to bridge a gap between two BSPP-threaded components that a shorter fitting just can't reach, this is what closes that gap. The 54.7mm length gives you that extra reach while keeping both sides at the same 1-1/4 inch G thread spec. Both ends run the same size and thread type, so its really just about giving you more working length along the connection point without changing how the threads engage. The 50mm width keeps it solid and manageable in tight quarters too.

got a setup with G 1-1/4 - 11 on both sides. Is this bushing male on one end and female on the other, or am i readin that wrong
Answer by: Customer Support on Mar 27, 2026, 4:11 PM
For a quick fit check, it is male BSPP on Side 1 and female BSPP on Side 2, both in G 1-1/4 - 11 (1-1/4 inch) BSPP threads.
Question by: Sherry H on Nov 28, 2025, 3:06 PM
What's the width of this bushing, like how much space do I need?
Answer by: Customer Support on Nov 29, 2025, 5:20 PM
The bushing is 50mm wide, so factor that into your space requirements.
