Question by: Daryl H on Apr 15, 2025, 12:59 PM
So, this is just a regular 90 degree elbow, right? Just making sure before I order a bunch.
Answer by: Customer Support on Apr 16, 2025, 4:07 PM
Correct, this 90° Tube Elbow is designed to create a sharp, 90-degree change in direction for your hydraulic lines. It uses female BSPP threads on both ends.
Question by: Floyd H on Sep 17, 2025, 2:31 PM
got a tight spot on a hydraulic line. is this the kind of elbow that turns the flow 90 degrees without changing thread size?
Answer by: Customer Support on Sep 19, 2025, 8:11 AM
Built for a right angle turn, the fitting gives you a 90 degree change in direction and it stays the same on both ends. Both ports are female BSPP with G 1/2 - 14 threads, so you are not stepping up or down in size.
Question by: Earl F on Mar 2, 2026, 9:25 AM
both ends on this fitting are the same size, right? trying to make sure i dont need any reducers before i order
Answer by: Customer Support on Mar 4, 2026, 8:27 AM
Correct on both sides. Each end carries a G 1/2 - 14 female BSPP thread, so you're working with matching 1/2 inch connections all the way through. No reducers needed as long as your lines are already running 1/2 inch BSPP male fittings on both ends.
