What's the deal with the two different sizes on this elbow? I'm seeing 1/4" and 3/8".

It’s designed with different sized male BSPP ends. One side is 1/4" with a G 1/4 - 19 callout, and the other is 3/8" with a G 3/8 - 19 callout.

trying to replace an elbow on a machine, is this one male BSPP on both ends and what sizes are they

Both ends are male BSPP. One side is G 1/4-19 (1/4 inch) and the other side is an adjustable male BSPP in G 3/8-19 (3/8 inch).
