Both ends are male BSPP, is that right? Trying to figure out if this'll thread into my existing female BSPP ports without needing an adapter in between.

Correct on both counts. Side one is a male G 1/2 - 14 BSPP and side two is a male G 3/8 - 19 BSPP, so you get two different male thread sizes coming off a single 90-degree turn. If your ports are both female BSPP and sized to match those callouts, this fitting threads straight in with no additional adapters needed.
