Got a machine running JIC fittings on one end and BSPP on the other, does this elbow actually connect both thread types or do I still need an adapter in between?

Both thread types are built right into this single fitting. One end is a 9/16-18 UNF JIC male, and the other is a G 3/8-19 BSPP male, so it bridges those two standards without any additional adapter. Both sides are sized at 3/8", and the 45-degree angle lets you redirect the line without fighting a straight fitting into a tight spot.
