45* Mjic X Mbspp Adj. Elbow

Description & Features

Designed for directional changes in hydraulic assemblies, this 45° adjustable elbow connects a 3/4" male JIC fitting (1-1/16-12 UN thread) on one end to a 3/4" male BSPP fitting (G 3/4-14 thread) on the other. The adjustable design allows the outlet angle to be set during installation, making it well-suited for routing lines in confined or angle-sensitive configurations.

The 45* Mjic X Mbspp Adj. Elbow is manufactured by Adaptall in steel, offering reliable performance in demanding hydraulic environments. With a Ch1 wrench width of 27mm and Ch2 of 36mm, the fitting is sized for standard tooling. Overall, the L1 length measures 31mm and L2 measures 43mm, keeping the assembly compact while accommodating both JIC and BSPP connection standards within a single fitting body.

Is this elbow fitting steel all the way through? Just want to make sure it can handle the pressures in my hydraulic system.

Got a line coming off a British-made valve block with G 3/4-14 ports, and I need to swing it 45 degrees to clear a frame rail before connecting to JIC fittings on the rest of the system. This fitting do that job?
Answer by: Customer Support on Apr 12, 2025, 3:40 PM
That's the kind of situation this fitting handles. One end is a 3/4" male BSPP with G 3/4-14 thread, and the other is a 3/4" male JIC running 1-1/16-12 UN thread. The 45-degree angle is built in, and because it's adjustable, you can clock the outlet to whatever position clears your frame rail before you lock it down. Steel construction, so it'll hold up in a working hydraulic environment without any fuss.
