Got a line running BSPP on one end and JIC on the other, will this fitting bridge that gap without needing an adapter in between?

That's exactly what it's built for. One side is a male JIC with a 1-5/8 - 12 UN thread, and the other is a male BSPP with a G 1-1/4 - 11 thread. Both sides are 1-1/4" size, so you're getting a direct connection between those two thread types in a single 90-degree elbow with no extra hardware needed.
