got a hose end thats 1/4 jic male, will this elbow match up to it?

On the JIC side, you are looking at a 7/16-20 UNF male JIC connection, which is the standard thread for 1/4 inch JIC. Since this elbow is male on that end, it mates with a female 1/4 inch JIC swivel.
