trying to hook a 3/8 JIC line to an M12 x 1.5 port, is that what this adapter’s for?

Does this adapter go straight across, or is there some kind of angle to it? Trying to figure out if it'll fit in a tight spot without having to reroute my lines.

Straight through, no angle. Both sides run in line with each other, so you're not gaining or losing any clearance from a bend. At 33.2mm long and 17mm wide, it's a pretty compact piece, which helps when space is limited.

I just wanna make sure this here adapter will fit my setup. One side's gotta be 9/16 - 18 UNF, and the other's gotta be M12 X 1.5. Is that how it is?
