What thread specs am I working with on both ends of this fitting, trying to make sure it'll mate up right before I order a handful of 'em.

One end carries a 1-5/8 - 12 UN male JIC thread, and the other is a male metric M33 X 2.0. Both ends are male, so you'll need female counterparts on whatever you're connecting to. No adjustable end on this one, and no thread sealant required since the metric side includes a seal.
