90* Male Bspp X Male Npt

Description & Features

Constructed from durable steel, the 90° elbow adapter offers reliable performance in hydraulic applications requiring precise connections. This component features a male BSPP (British Standard Pipe Parallel) thread on one side and a male NPT (National Pipe Tapered) thread on the other, both sized at 1 inch, ensuring compatibility with a range of industrial equipment. With a width of 33mm and lengths of 48mm and 45mm on the respective sides, it provides a compact and efficient solution for connecting disparate thread types.

The Adaptall brand's commitment to quality is evident in this robust adapter, designed for seamless integration into systems demanding high standards of connection reliability. Whether used in manufacturing, construction, or heavy machinery, this adapter ensures a secure and leak-proof connection, enhancing the efficiency and safety of hydraulic systems.

Question by: Jerry W on Feb 25, 2026, 7:34 AM
Will this fitting hold up okay for hydraulic fluid?
Answer by: Customer Support on Feb 27, 2026, 6:31 AM
Yes, this elbow adapter is constructed from steel, which should provide reliable performance in hydraulic applications.
Question by: Janet H on Apr 5, 2026, 4:17 PM
Got a metric-threaded BSPP fitting on one piece of equipment and a standard NPT port on another, will this elbow adapter actually bridge those two without needing a bunch of extra pieces in between?
Answer by: Customer Support on Apr 7, 2026, 10:39 AM
Both threads on this adapter are sized at 1 inch, with a G 1-11 BSPP on one side and a 1-11.5 NPTF on the other. That means you can connect a 1-inch BSPP male fitting directly to a 1-inch NPT female port in a single piece, no extra couplings needed. The 90-degree elbow shape also lets you change flow direction right at the connection point, which keeps things cleaner when your ports aren't facing the same direction.
Question by: Ricky H on May 27, 2025, 5:44 PM
trying to hook a 1 inch BSPP port to a 1 inch NPT line, is this the right elbow for that?
Answer by: Customer Support on May 29, 2025, 4:59 PM
For adapting between thread standards, it gives you a 90 degree steel elbow with a 1 inch male BSPP on one end (G 1 - 11) and a 1 inch male NPTF on the other (1 - 11.5 NPTF).
