Hey, will this here elbow fitting hold up okay outside?
Answer by: Customer Support on Oct 1, 2025, 1:49 PM
This steel elbow fitting is suitable for hydraulic applications. Its durability in specific outdoor conditions would depend on factors like exposure to corrosive elements and operating pressures, but the steel construction should offer decent resistance.

Got a piece of equipment with a BSPP port and I need to tie into a line that's NPTF threaded, will this fitting bridge that gap?
Answer by: Customer Support on Apr 19, 2025, 9:58 AM
Yeah, that's exactly what this one's built for. One side is a G 3/4-14 BSPP male and the other is a 3/4-14 NPTF female, so it connects those two thread types at a 90-degree angle. Both sides are 3/4 inch, and the whole thing is steel construction. If your port sizes and thread types match up, you're good to go.

trying to hook a bspP line to an npt port, is this the elbow that does that?
Answer by: Customer Support on Oct 29, 2025, 6:11 AM
For adapting between those two thread styles, it’s a 90 degree steel elbow with a G 3/4 - 14 BSPP male on one end and a 3/4 - 14 NPTF female on the other, so it bridges BSPP to NPT in a single fitting.
