got a hose end that’s G 1-1/4 - 11 male BSPP. will this elbow screw right onto it and give me a 1-1/4 female NPTF on the other side?

For thread match, it’s a G 1-1/4 - 11 male BSPP on one side and a 1-1/4 - 11.5 female NPTF on the other, so it’s meant to adapt from BSPP to FNPTF at the 1-1/4 inch size.
