Got a line running M12 x 1.5 DIN tube on one end and JIC on the other -- does this fitting bridge that gap in a 90 degree configuration?

That's what this one does. One end is a 7/16-20 UNF male JIC and the other is an M12 x 1.5 female DIN tube, all in a 90 degree elbow shape. Steel construction, so it holds up well in industrial hydraulic and pneumatic setups. No adapters or extra hardware needed to make the connection work.
