got a hose end that’s 3/4 JIC male, will this standpipe mate up to an 18mm DIN standpipe port on the other side?

For tying two standards together, it bridges a 3/4 inch male JIC end with 1-1/16-12 UN threads over to an 18 mm female DIN standpipe connection, all in a straight adapter.
