What size wrench do I need for the standpipe side of this?

Its 20mm DIN standpipe connection on Side 2 has a width of 32mm. This should give you the correct standpipe wrench size.

got a hose end that’s 3/4 JIC male, will this standpipe match up to it?

On the JIC side, you are working with a 1-1/16 - 12 UN male JIC connection that’s called out for 3/4 inch fittings, so it matches a 3/4 JIC setup on that end. The other end is a 20mm female DIN standpipe connection.
