Will this adapter work to connect a JIS fitting to a BSPT fitting, or do I need something else?

got a port that’s JIS G 1-11 on one side and BSPT R 1-11 on the other. Is this the straight adapter for that, or am I mixing threads up

got a JIS port on my pump and a BSPT port on the line coming off the manifold, this the right piece to tie those two together directly?

That's what it's built for. One end is Male JIS (G 1-11) and the other is Male BSPT (R 1-11), both at 1 inch with 11 TPI threading. So if your pump port is JIS and your manifold connection is BSPT, this adapter bridges that gap in a single piece without stacking extra fittings in between.
