Both ports on my receiver block are female Komatsu, and I need to tie two lines together inline. This union gonna work for that?

Straight inline connections like that are exactly what this fitting handles. Both ends are M24 x 1.5 male Komatsu, so as long as your block ports are female Komatsu at that same thread size, you've got a match on both sides.
