got a hose end thats 1/2 jic, will this adapter screw right onto it and give me an m18 x 1.5 din end?

For a 1/2 inch Male JIC connection with 3/4 to 16 UNF threads, this adapter mates that to an M18 x 1.5 Male DIN 2353 S10 tube end. Both sides on this part are male, so it’s meant to thread into matching female ports or nuts on each side.
