trying to match up an old adapter, is this one the straight MJIC 3/4 on one end and M36 x 2.0 DIN tube on the other?

For fit checks, the Side 1 connection is a male JIC in 3/4 inch size with a 1-1/16 - 12 UN thread, and Side 2 is a male DIN tube connection called out as M36 x 2.0 with S25 size. The body is straight.

Got a line running M36 X 2.0 metric DIN on one end and need to tie into a 3/4" JIC male fitting on the other side. This the right part for that?
