What size connections does this adapter actually have on each end? Trying to figure out if it'll work with what I already got on my machine.

One end is a 7/16-20 UNF female JIC, which is a 1/4 inch JIC connection. The other end is an M12 x 1.5 male DIN tube fitting, sized at L06. So if you've got a JIC female port on one side and need to tie into a metric DIN tube fitting on the other, this is the piece that bridges those two together.
