Designed for use with male BSPP (British Standard Parallel Pipe) threaded connections, the #4 BSPP Bonded Seal provides a reliable face-sealing solution conforming to ISO 1179. The seal is constructed from 90 durometer NBR (nitrile rubber) bonded to a straight steel carrier, making it well-suited for hydraulic systems handling petroleum-based fluids and common industrial media.

With an inner diameter of 11.45 mm and an outer diameter of 20.57 mm, this size 04 seal fits standard metric BSPP port connections where a reusable, low-profile sealing element is required. The bonded construction keeps the elastomeric ring centered on the steel washer, simplifying installation and reducing the risk of misalignment during assembly. Manufactured by Brennan Industries under the 9900 Series.
