Alex currently serves as Division Vice President for HSC, where he leads the vision and strategic direction for both the domestic and international markets. His extensive experience working with MRO, OEM, and end-user accounts positions him well to drive HSC’s key initiatives. Alex joined Hydraulic Supply in 2011 as a management trainee and he has since held a variety of roles, including Territory Manager and Director of Sales. He holds both a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Florida Atlantic University.

Tim serves as the Director of Operations, bringing with him three decades of experience in the Fluid Power Industry. Since joining the HSC Team in 2023, Tim has been instrumental in leading operational excellence initiatives and optimizing processes across the organization. Prior to HSC, Tim spent 28 years in various leadership and operational roles within the fluid power industry. Tim graduated with a B.A. degree in accounting from the University of Akron. His extensive experience and analytical background make him a vital part of the executive team; improving operational efficiency through technology and data analysis whilst driving quality and growth across all areas of operations.

Joel Seehafer serves as Director of Sales for Hydraulic Supply Company, where he leads the sales strategy, revenue growth initiatives, account partnerships, and sales leadership development across the organization. With more than 20 years of experience in the fluid power industry, and industrial distribution, he brings a disciplined, performance-driven approach to building high-performing teams and driving sustainable growth. Joel joined Hydraulic Supply Company in 2003 where he has held multiple leadership and sales focused roles, including Branch Manager, Account Manager, and Regional Sales Manager. He is a veteran of the U.S. Navy where he earned his education in Aviation Electronics design and troubleshooting. His extensive experience with HSC reflects a consistent record of leadership, accountability, and results, positioning him to guide the company’s sales growth, continued expansion and market strength.
