Constructed from durable black Cordura or Anso-tex bulk nylon fiber yarn this abrasion-resistant sleeve offers an exceptional shield against wear and tear. Its doubled flat thickness of 0.090 inches 0.020 inches ensures robust protection.

Passes FMVSS 302 horizontal flame test and is MSHA accepted providing a safe solution for industrial environments. The smooth-bore design facilitates easy installation over hoses chains cables or springs and it can be secured using nylon cable ties or band-clamps.

Ideal for bundling two or more hoses especially in scenarios where identical flex memory is required. Additionally it extends the lifespan of individual hoses in severe abrasive conditions by forming a thicker shield as it wears.

This product provides outstanding protection to equipment operators by deflecting the spray of hot hydraulic fluids in the event of hose failure. It eliminates the need for bulkhead couplings by shielding hoses that must pass through metal openings.

With a maximum ambient temperature rating of 250F this abrasion protection sleeve is designed for extreme conditions.

got a couple hydraulic hoses rubbing on a bracket, will this sleeve help keep em from wearing through?

For hose rub points, the woven Cordura or Anso-tex nylon sleeve is made to take the abrasion instead of the hose cover. As it gets scuffed, the nylon filaments frizz up and build a thicker shield, which helps extend hose life in severe abrasive spots.

Does this sleeve hold up if a hose is constantly rubbing against a metal edge or frame? Been burning through covers pretty fast on one of our machines.
