what all does this unit NOT come with? trying to figure out if i need to order extra parts before we get started

Quite a bit is left out by design on this one. No remote control, no battery, no switch connector, no thread sealant, and no color-coded check valve or electrical flag setup. It also skips the diode, ratcheting feature, blades, and case. If your application needs any of those, you'd be sourcing them separately. For straightforward jobs where none of that's required, it runs lean and that's kind of the point.
