trying to replace an air chamber line, are the ends on this one 1/4 male pipe on both sides, with one end swiveling?

It comes with a rigid 1/4 inch male pipe on one end and a 1/4 inch male pipe swivel adapter on the other, on a 3/8 inch I.D. hose.

Hey, will this hose assembly hold up okay in colder weather, say down around freezing or a bit below?
