This air brake air chamber hose assembly from Royal Brass & Hose features a 3/8 inch male pipe fitting on one end and a 3/8 inch swivel male pipe adapter on the other, connected by a 1/2 inch hose.

Designed for air brake air chamber hose lines, this assembly utilizes H338 air brake hose with a synthetic inner tube, multi-fiber spiral reinforcement, and perforated synthetic cover. It withstands temperatures from -40°F to +200°F and offers a working pressure up to 225 PSI.

got a 3/8 pipe port on the chamber, will this hose hook up right or am i missing an adapter

On the ends, you are getting 3/8 male pipe on one side and a 3/8 swivel male pipe adapter on the other, with a 1/2 inch I.D. air brake hose between them. If your chamber connection is 3/8 female pipe, the rigid 3/8 male pipe end will thread in, and the swivel 3/8 male pipe end is there to make the other connection easier to line up.
