Air-Operated Diaphragm Pump, 5.3 GPM Capability, Ports,

Description & Features

Rated for up to 125 PSI and capable of delivering 5.3 GPM, this Ingersoll Rand Aro Air-Operated Diaphragm Pump is well-suited for fluid transfer applications in industrial environments. The patented "unbalanced" air valve design ensures the pump reliably resumes pumping action after any interruption, reducing downtime in demanding service conditions.

Bolted construction provides an improved seal and supports safer fluid handling across a range of media. With no rotating or sliding seals in the fluid path, wear points and potential leak sources are significantly reduced, contributing to lower maintenance requirements over time.

Question by: Cheryl A on Aug 18, 2025, 7:22 PM
pump keeps stalling out mid-cycle on our current setup, heard these ARO diaphragm pumps handle that better. that true?
Answer by: Customer Support on Aug 19, 2025, 8:21 PM
The air valve on this pump uses a patented unbalanced design specifically to address that problem. Once air supply is restored or the pump is called back into service, it picks back up on its own without needing a manual restart. That makes it a solid choice for use where interruptions are part of the routine.
