Designed for interchangeability, this coupler meets the standard A-A-59326 (superseding MIL-C-27487F) or DIN 2828, making it compatible with a wide range of fittings. It supports a pressure rating of 150 PSI for sizes up to 4 inches, and 75 PSI for sizes 5 to 8 inches.

Safety is a priority with the built-in lugs that allow the attachment of safety pins, preventing accidental uncoupling. The cam arms mechanism facilitates easy coupling and uncoupling with minimal hand pressure.

got a 4 inch hose, does this female cam lock end match that size hose barb or am i thinkin about it wrong

For this part, the hose connection is a 4 inch ID hose barb, so it is meant to go into a 4 inch inside diameter hose. It is the female cam and groove half on the other side, so it mates with a matching cam groove adapter.
