Designed for secure liquid handling this Aluminum Cam & Groove Adapter 1 Inch Dust Cap features a durable aluminum body with brass cam levers and plated steel pins rings and safety clips.

The dust cap uses a Buna-N seal material ensuring robust and reliable sealing capabilities.

The safety pin feature prevents accidental disconnection enhancing the operational safety of the coupling.

Manufactured by Sunrise Hose this adapter meets A-A-59326 interchangeability standards allowing compatibility with various other manufacturers' products.

The adapter can be quickly operated by sliding it into the coupler and pressing down the cam levers; uncoupling requires lifting the cam arms.

Recommended solely for liquid applications it carries a pressure rating of 150 PSI for sizes from 1/2 to 4.

does this dust cap work with other brands of cam and groove couplings, or is it only gonna fit sunrise hose stuff?

Meets the A-A-59326 interchangeability standard, so it will couple with cam and groove products from other manufacturers built to that same spec. The one thing worth knowing is that half-inch and eight-inch sizes generally don't interchange across brands since no formal standard covers those sizes. The one-inch size you're looking at falls right in the middle of the range where cross-brand compatibility holds up.

i’ve got a 1 inch cam lock setup, is this the right cap to keep junk out when it’s not hooked up

Interchangeability shouldn't be a problem. This dust cap is made to the A-A-59326 standard, so it'll fit with any cam and groove stuff built to that spec.
