Reckon this dust cap will fit my existing cam and groove fittings?

It's designed to interchange with all products made to A-A-59326 (superseding MIL-C-27487F) or DIN 2828 standards, so it should fit right up. Just note that the standard doesn't really apply to 1/2" or 8" sizes.
