Question by: Dustin R on Nov 28, 2025, 9:54 PM
got a 2-1/2 camlock setup already, will this male adapter swap in with the standard stuff?
Answer by: Customer Support on Nov 30, 2025, 3:54 PM
For interchange, it matches the A-A-59326 standard (which replaced MIL-C-27487F) and also DIN 2828, so it is meant to couple with other cam and groove parts built to those standards.
Question by: Todd W on Sep 9, 2025, 8:52 AM
these cam lock fittings rated for air lines or just liquid service?
Answer by: Customer Support on Sep 11, 2025, 6:01 AM
Liquid service only on these. Compressed air and steam are both off the table, no exceptions. The cam and groove design on this style of coupling isn't rated for either of those, so running air through it would be operating outside what it's built for. Stick to liquid applications and you'll be in good shape.
