The CAN Industrial Inc Aluminum Cam & Groove Coupler is expertly designed for efficient liquid transfer applications. This high-quality female half coupler features a 1-1/2 inch male NPT connection making it suitable for various industrial usages.

Constructed from durable Aluminum A356 or A104 the product includes brass cam levers and plated steel components such as pins rings and safety clips. The Buna-N seals ensure reliable performance. Equipped with a safety clip this coupler offers additional security by preventing accidental disconnection during use.

Interchangeability is ensured as it meets the standards of A-A-59326 and DIN 2828 except for sizes 1/2" and 8". It can withstand pressure ratings up to 150 PSI for sizes 1/2 - 4 and 75 PSI for sizes 5 - 8.

Operational usage is straightforward: to couple slide the adapter into the coupler and press down the cam levers with normal hand pressure; to uncouple simply lift the cam arms and remove the adapter.

got a 1-1/2 inch male npt port on my setup. is this the female camlock half that threads into it?

With a 1-1/2 inch male NPT connection on the coupler, it threads into a matching 1-1/2 inch female NPT port. The cam side is the female cam and groove half that accepts the adapter.
